We've made some performance improvements, fixed bugs, and also… Creation & Management Interface
You're no longer alone! We've created videos and guides to answer every question and walk you through the system step by step. We've also done the same for the selection interface and personal website.
Instead of deleting a gallery, you can now move it to the archive and keep all its data.
If the gallery's images originate from Google Drive, they won't be deleted.
If they were uploaded via JumboMail, they will be deleted, freeing up storage in your account. Click here to read more about the Archive option.
We've reorganized things a bit. You can find a detailed explanation in the Help Center on how to manage collections.
For maximum convenience, we've added an extra button to ensure you don’t forget to update gallery details, making navigation in the control center and project management easier.
Selection Reminder for Additional Topics (Folders) Before Finalizing
Now, you can’t accidentally skip selecting images from different topics. When a client is about to complete their selection, PixSelect will notify them if there are folders from which no images have been selected, giving them full awareness and control.
(This feature applies only to selections for album design services by Perspective.)
Reminder: “Tagging an Image” is NOT the same as Selecting it
Some users mistakenly think that tagging an image means it has been selected. Since tagging serves other purposes beyond selection, choosing the image is also mandatory.
Now, a reminder message will pop up if a user tags an image without selecting it.
We've relocated the download button to the toolbar. Previously, it was in the navigation panel, where some users had trouble finding it due to different screen types and sizes.
Our team would be happy to contact you and answer all your questions.
