How does the Perspective platform work?
The Perspective platform is super easy to use and keeps all your orders in one place. Just upload your photos, place your order, and we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll set deadlines and keep you in the loop through email or your favorite app like WhatsApp when your order’s good to go.
What’s your typical turnaround time for creating PhotoArt?
PhotoArt orders usually wrap up within 7 days. We work hard to get your orders done ASAP; smaller jobs might be ready the next day, while bigger ones could take a bit longer. Most of the time, we finish everything in under a week.
How much does it cost to create PhotoArt?
The cost depends on the number of pictures and the complexity of the design you choose. We send you a quote before we start.
How do I send you my photos?
You can send your photos in a few ways: through the our Control Center, via our Pixelect gallery, or by FTP. You can handle the uploads yourself or let your clients do it, whatever works best for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through credit cards, card transfers, and bank transfers. If you have any specific payment preferences or questions, just drop us a line at studio@perspective-media.me for help.
Are my photos fully protected from third parties?
Your account is private and only accessible by our admin. Photos are handled exclusively by the Perspective team and trusted systems we use, like Google Drive and Adobe Cloud.
