How do I create a new project?

In the Control Center, click Create Project, choose the service, fill in the details and upload the photos or paste a Google Drive link. Placing an order takes about 30 seconds.

What can I track in the Control Center?

Every project’s real-time status, its timeline and history, and all deadlines in one place. A “waiting for client” view shows which clients still need to select photos or approve their album.

How does the whole process work?

You register and create an order in the Control Center. Our specialised team works on the project, your client reviews the design in Proofy, and after approval the final files are prepared and delivered. Automated reminders keep things moving along the way.

Can I find an old album years later?

Yes. Your albums and other projects are kept in a permanent high-resolution archive, so if a client asks for a reprint years later, you can find the album in your archive.

Will my clients see my brand?

Yes. The client pages, notifications and reminders carry your logo and style. You can also follow your payment history and balances in the Control Center.
