How does the Perspective platform work?

Think of Perspective as your one-stop shop for editing pics and managing all your orders in one place. It's super easy to use. You, the photo pro, can create and track your orders anytime. Just upload your pics, place the order, and chill - we handle deadlines and hit you up on your app (like WhatsApp or Telegram) when your edits are ready.

How much does it cost to edit a photo?

The cost depends on how much work each edit needs. We send you a quote before we start.

How will I know how much the total price will be if the price is based on work time?

After you create the project with all the details, we will estimate the work time and send you a price offer to approve. We will only start the project once you have approved the offer.

If the work time is half an hour, will you charge for a full hour?

No, we charge the payment by the minute. This means if the work time is half an hour, for example, the price will be 50% less than the cost of a full hour.

What’s your usual turnaround time?

Photoshop edits typically take around 7 days. Smaller jobs might be done by tomorrow, while bigger ones might take an extra day.

How do I send my photos?

You can use the uploader in our Client Center, our Pixelect gallery, or FTP. You can upload photos yourself or have your clients do it, depending on what suits you best.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, card transfer, and bank transfer. If you have any specific payment preferences or questions, you can always reach out to us via studio@perspective-media.me for further assistance.

Are my photos fully protected from third parties?

Totally! Your account is private, only our admin can see it. Just the Perspective team and trusted systems like Google Drive and Adobe Cloud touch your photos.
