First, you’ll get registered on our platform. Submit your album design request and upload your favourite photos through our easy interface. Photographers can create a free personal site for their clients, allowing them to choose design details and avoid any potential mix-ups. This way, everyone’s on the same page. Once we have your photos, our designers get started on the album. Photographers can keep track of their projects in the control center, where they can see deadlines and the current status. When the album is ready, it will be marked as "waiting for approval," and clients will get an email to let them know. They can also check the status on their personal site. After the client gives the green light, the album goes to our talented retouchers. We make sure everything looks perfect before sending it off to your chosen print house.

Typically, albums are ready within 7 to 10 days, depending on the specifics of the project. Photographers' clients can always see the exact deadline on their private site, so they’ll know when to expect their stunning album. We aim to deliver quickly without compromising quality.

To get started on your album design order, you’ll need a few important details: the names of your clients, the event date if you’d like to include it, the type of event (like a wedding or birthday), and the client's email or phone number to keep in touch. Also, be sure to have the photos ready for upload!

The number of photos depends on the design style you’re going for, the number of pages in the album, and your personal preferences. We provide detailed instructions and suggested ranges to help guide you on how many photos and which categories to include.

You can upload your photos through our Control Center (either the photographer or client can upload them), or with our new, super convenient Pixelect platform.

We typically arrange the photos chronologically to tell your story in a flowing narrative. If it’s a studio session, we’ll lay them out in a way that highlights their best features and captures the overall vibe. Our goal is to create a visually stunning album that feels cohesive.

Absolutely, your photos are fully protected. Your account is private, and only our admin has access to it. Only the Perspective team and trusted systems we work with, like Google Drive and Adobe Cloud, will handle your photos.
