Introduction and Consent

Welcome to Perspective. This platform is designed for photographers and creative professionals, offering album design, image culling and editing, advanced Photoshop services and creative PhotoArt solutionsperspective-media.me. We also provide digital tools for project management and personal client sitesperspective-media.me. By using this site, you accept these terms of use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

Who May Use the Site

The service is intended for adults (18+) or those with full legal capacity. Anyone registering on behalf of a company confirms they have authority to bind that entity.
The site is meant for photographers, businesses and their clients. Please use it for lawful purposes and in line with the law.

Registration and Services

Some services are free and others are paid according to a price list (for example, album design from 5 ₪ per page, image culling from 0.15 ₪ per photo)perspective-media.me. Final pricing will be provided when placing an order.
Users can create an account in the Control Center, launch a personal client site and use platforms like Pixelect and Proofy. When registering, provide accurate information and keep your username and password confidential. Account details are personal and must not be shared.

Intellectual Property

All content on the site (designs, text, graphics and code) belongs to Perspective or its content suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce or translate without prior written permission.
When you upload photos or other content, you grant Perspective a limited licence to use that content solely to deliver the services (such as editing an album or creating a gallery for your client). You retain ownership of your intellectual property.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to provide false information, violate others’ privacy, upload content that infringes third‑party rights or misuse the system (spam, hacking or unauthorised access to data).
Use of Perspective’s services is at your own risk. Perspective is not responsible for the accuracy or quality of user‑generated content.

Payments and Cancellations

When ordering a paid service you will be charged according to the agreed price. Payments are processed using secure methods.
You may cancel a service by notifying us in writing. If work has already begun, we may charge a partial fee based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.

Limited Liability

The site and services are provided “as is.” Although we strive to deliver a professional service, errors, delays or interruptions may occur. Perspective will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the site or services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful breach.
Perspective is not responsible for content on external sites linked from our site.

Changes to the Terms

Perspective may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on the site; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction for any dispute resides exclusively with the competent courts in central Israel.
