WhatsApp widget setting and tips

The WhatsApp widget at the bottom right of your website helps users easily get in touch with you.

Adding the widget to your website is as easy as can be:

• Go to Site Settings and select WhatsApp widget category.
• Enter your phone number into the field.
• Add welcome text that visitors will see as WhatsApp widget opens.

If the phone number field is empty, the widget icon won’t appear on your website.

If you have a multilingual website, you can write the message in different languages (supported by the system), and the customer will see the message in the language of his website.

Tip: WhatsApp icon (as well as other contact icons through the website) is a bridge between you and your potential clients. Be as friendly and compelling as possible in your welcome message!
